Productive factory
- When developing components and processes, we combine resource conservation with technical requirements.
- Energy efficiency is our top priority when procuring new machines and systems. We are constantly updating our machinery.
- We endeavour to minimise the reject and error rates through systematic monitoring. Our quality management is certified according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- We monitor and improve the efficiency of our production within the framework of annual testing in accordance with DIN EN 16247.
Green energies
- We have set ourselves binding targets for reducing CO2e emissions: Scope 1 and Scope 2 minus 70% compared to 2019, Scope 3 minus 15%.
- We produce our own green electricity. This covers >15% of our electricity requirements.
- We monitor and improve energy efficiency within the company.
- Since 2000, we have been using the waste heat from our machines to heat our buildings, thereby reducing the use of fossil fuels to a minimum.
- We monitor our environmental performance and are ISO 14001 certified.
Drives of the future
- We develop and produce innovative components and systems for hybrid and electric vehicles.
- Our valve technology ensures efficiency in the thermal management of cars and lorries and thus helps to save drive media.
