We have been producing using injection moulding for more than 60 years. Today, we produce over 20 million parts a year at our two sites. We produce on a total of over 40 injection moulding machines with tools from our own mould making department. The maximum shot weight is 250 grams.

Our machines are equipped with handling units for the sorted removal of components. Robot-supported camera inspections directly on the machine are also part of our range of services if required.

Centre of gravity

We specialise in the processing of engineering plastics such as PA66, PA6, PPA, PPS, PEI, PEEK, POM and PP-TPV. Where possible, we work with you to qualify materials with recycled content or bio-based polymers in order to reduce the_{CO2 footprint}.

Quality management

The quality of our products is the most important sales argument. We have been certified in accordance with the automotive standard IATF 16949:2016 since 2016.

Environmental management

Protecting the environment is important to us, which is why we monitor our environmental impact. We have been ISO 14001:2015 certified since 2017.

Occupational safety management

We want our employees to work safely with us. We have been ISO 45001:2018 certified since 2023.
