Internship
So that we can get to know you better and you can gain an insight into your training occupation, you will do an internship with us (at least 2 days)

Training contract
The training contract is concluded after your internship and acceptance.
"In our training programme, the motto is: everyone has to be able to do everything!
As a result, I started getting to know the whole range of our production processes early on. I then went on to complete my mechanical engineering technician qualification and later my technical business management qualification while working. Since 2022, I have shared the management of the Projects team with Managing Director Steffen Bachofer.
Nothing knocks my socks off in day-to-day operations anymore.

That was great during my vocational training: I was able to learn a lot from the older people because we worked together on real projects quite quickly. If I had any questions, they always helped me. The vocational training has given me a lot of variety. I have learnt to work on different machines and to solve problems independently. This also helps me when something doesn't work on the car, for example.
