Manufacturing expertise in the area of assembly is now another pillar of our success. We use over 35 fully automated lines and robot cells to assemble plastic components from our own injection moulding and purchased parts into valves and other assemblies.

Together with our partners, we develop fully automated assembly lines and semi-automated manual workstations for the final assembly of our components right from the initial idea. Malfunctions and downtimes are monitored closely and digitised.

Efficiency

We can reliably produce and deliver volumes of several 10,000 to over 3 million assemblies per year. We have the right assembly concept.

Quality management

The quality of our products is the most important sales argument. We have been certified in accordance with the automotive standard IATF 16949:2016 since 2016.

Protecting the environment is important to us, which is why we monitor our environmental impact. We have been ISO 14001:2015 certified since 2017.

Occupational safety management

We want our employees to work safely with us. We have been ISO 45001:2018 certified since 2023.
