Founded as the Mack & Schneider horse-shoe stud factory by Gottlob Mack (blacksmith) and Heinrich Schneider (factory owner)

Reinhold Bachofer (Heinrich Schneider's son-in-law) is the 2nd generation to take over the management

Production of horse-shoe studs, spikes, sanitary fittings

Start of injection moulding

Introduction of the first water valve made of brass

Hubert and Wolfgang Bachofer become the 3rd generation of managers

Development of the first flushing cistern valve made entirely of plastic

Start of production at the new site in Mengersgereuth-Hämmern (Thuringia)

Development and launch of the first electrically driven water valve for the automotive sector

Expansion of the Filderstadt site, state-of-the-art production with its own test room for full-scale performance testings
