Mack & Schneider is a medium-sized, family-owned company of 130 employees with 2 operating plants in Germany. Since our founding in 1934, our goal has been to run a business that provides an added value not only to our business partners and suppliers, but also to our employees and our community. Corporate Social Responsibility is in the German “Mittelstand”’s DNA.
Even though we are not affected by the German and European legislation targeted at corporate sustainability, we have implemented a Code of Conduct following the UN sustainable development goals.
